Shipping Policy

Every Jahaazi order ships free across India. We use Delhivery for last-mile delivery and aim to dispatch within two working days of order confirmation.
Where we ship
We ship to every serviceable pincode in India. International shipping is not currently available; if you are stationed abroad, write to orders@jahaazi.in and we will try to arrange something on a case-by-case basis.
Cost
Free shipping pan-India on every order, with no minimum. We do not charge handling, packaging or insurance fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Dispatch time
- Ready-to-wear items in stock: dispatched within 2 working days.
- Custom embroidery (name, ship, rank): 5–7 working days production, then dispatch.
- Made-to-measure uniforms: 2–3 weeks production, then dispatch. We email you a production update at the halfway mark.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, Delhivery typically delivers in:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 working days.
- Tier 2 cities and state capitals: 3–5 working days.
- Remote pincodes and the North East: 5–8 working days.
These are Delhivery’s typical ranges, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festival season and security restrictions at port cities can occasionally add a day or two.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will get an email with the Delhivery AWB (tracking) number and a link to track it. Tracking status updates automatically on your account page.
Delivery attempts
Delhivery makes up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail and the courier cannot reach you, the parcel returns to us. We will email you to arrange a re-dispatch (charged at actual courier cost) or a refund (less the actual outbound courier cost we incurred).
Cash on Delivery
COD is available at most pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000. Larger orders and custom/made-to-measure orders are prepaid only. The COD option will not appear at checkout if your pincode is not serviceable for it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and email us immediately at orders@jahaazi.in. If you only notice damage after opening, email within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, phone number and pincode before placing the order. We can only modify the address before dispatch; once the AWB is generated, the address is locked by the courier. Orders returned because of an incorrect address are re-dispatched at the customer’s cost.
