1. About us

The site jahaazi.in is operated by Jahaazi Outfitters Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Jahaazi Outfitters Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and dimensions accurately, but minor variations are inherent to hand-finished garments and embroidery.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If your order is affected, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
• Products and offers are subject to availability. Listing a product does not guarantee stock.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability or pricing error.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you agree to Razorpay’s terms in addition to ours. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and supported wallets. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Custom and made-to-measure items

Embroidered name patches, ship names, rank insignia, made-to-measure uniforms and any item personalised at your request are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged except where defective or materially different from your order. Please double-check spellings, sizes and specifications before confirming. Production typically begins within 48 hours of order confirmation.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and ownership pass to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under the account. Notify us immediately at orders@jahaazi.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the site for commercial use.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.
• Use the site to infringe the rights of any third party, including impersonating naval ranks or institutions you are not authorised to represent.
• Resell our products without prior written permission.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, layouts, the “Jahaazi” name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of it without our written permission, except for normal browsing of the site.

12. User-submitted content

Where the site lets you submit content (reviews, photos, contact messages, embroidery briefs) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe any third party rights.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, including reasonable legal fees.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual property, Limitation of liability, Governing law) will do so.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

18. Grievances

For complaints about the site or any order, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@jahaazi.in. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 days.

19. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published here. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
